Epiphany bathing takes place in the Altai Republic. According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Altai Republic, no incidents have been registered.
To date, 14 equipped places on reservoirs have been opened in the republic, where everyone can take a dip. Rescuers, medics and police are on duty at all facilities. In total, more than 700 people took part in the ceremonial events.
